Anne (Robinson) Nelson

Anne Nelson, 85, of Amery and formerly of Milltown, Wisconsin passed away at the Amery Regional Medical Center on Thursday, January 02, 2020 with her loving family at her side.

Anne was born on June 11, 1934 in Liverpool, England the daughter of Evan and Nina (Coulthard) Robinson.

Anne leaves to celebrate her memory: Daughters, Margot Nelson and her husband, Joel Ditlefsen, Amery, WI;  Suzanne (Michael) Schumann, St. Paul, MN; Linda Wesely, Moose Lake, MN; grandchildren: Bridget McElroy (Rob Killinger), Champlain, MN; Peter (Jennifer) Schumann, Chicago, IL; Madeline Wesely, San Francisco, CA  and Christopher Wesely and his wife, Cora Carroll, Rapid City, SD and other family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Evan and Nina, her husband, Vernon Nelson, a daughter in infancy, Mary Nelson, grandson in infancy, Thomas Nelson McElroy, and sister, Margot Young.

A Celebration of Life for Anne will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Joy Lutheran Church in Centuria, Wisconsin.     Anne’s family will greet visitors at the church beginning at 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.  Please join the family for a light lunch and continued fellowship following the service.

Anne will be laid to rest alongside her husband Vernon at the Milltown Cemetery in the spring of 2020.
