Chad Aaron Lunsmann

Chad Aaron Lunsmann, age 47, of Geneva, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 24, 2022, at his home in Geneva.  Chad was born on February 14, 1974, in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin the son of LaVonne and Scott Lunsmann.

Chad graduated from Unity High School in 1992 in Balsam Lake, WI. After High School he became an active member in the Army Reserves, while he attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout. In 1997 he graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Quality Technology and moved to Illinois where he worked as a Production Manager at Graham Packaging, D&W Fine Pack and at Midwest Can Co & Container Specialties Inc.

Chad was a devoted father and loved spending time with his twin boys; Jonathon and David. He also enjoyed cooking and grilling, camping, sports, riding his motorcycle, music, and spending quality time with his family and friends. He was always smiling and full of life.

Chad is preceded in death by his father, Scott Lunsmann and he leaves to celebrate his memory: his two sons, Jonathan and David Lunsmann, Crystal Lake, IL; his mother, LaVonne Lunsmann, Milltown, WI; brother, Jeremiah and his wife Kari Lunsmann, Centuria, WI; his sister, Autumn, and her husband Ryan Hyden, Milltown, WI; nieces and nephews, Amelia, Mason, Dakota and Ashley, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Chad will be held at the Kolstad Family Funeral Home, 301 Fourth Street, Centuria, Wisconsin on Thursday, February 10, 2022, from 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.

The Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Centuria has been entrusted with arrangements.
