Daniel Scott Eliason

Daniel Scott Eliason, November 17, 1990 – August 18, 2021, passed away at home from a severe asthma attack. He was born to Alisa Huss and Brian Eliason in St. Croix Falls, WI. He was born on opening morning of hunting season and on his grandpa’s 50th birthday. He was such a beautiful baby.

Dan was amazing! Everyone who met him loved him. He loved his family and was very protective of everyone he cared for. He enjoyed almost everything that challenged his mind. Forever learning, growing, and always challenging himself to improve. He had a heart of gold. He would help anyone in need, even if it meant he went without. He had a laugh that was so contagious, one could not help but laugh even if one was sad beforehand.

Dan began his working history at the age of 13 at Shafer’s Bar in Milltown, WI. He needed a parent's signature prior to being allowed to work. He worked at Lumberjack’s Bar in Milltown at the time of his death. He made many friends there and will be missed by many people. He was a kind and pleasant man.

Dan has a few favorite people in his life, his sister Amethyst Eliason and Aunt Karen (Care Bear) Eliason to name a couple.  After Amethyst died on October 1, 2018, a part of Dan died also. The only comfort I, as a mom have, is that Amy and Dan are together again. He was a kind and pleasant man. Love you and God Bless you forever. Life will never be the same without you.

Daniel is survived by his mother, Alisa Huss; his father, Brian Eliason; children, Miah and Malakai; grandma, Joy McKenzie; grandma, Cora; grandfather, Paul Eliason; great-aunt, Mary Kaasa; aunt’s Karen and Shell, lots of cousins and other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his sister, Amethyst Eliason; grandfathers, Clarence McKenzie and Sterling Wefel; uncle, Alexander Wefel.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Kolstad Family Funeral Home in Centuria on Thursday, September 23, 2021, from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M.  with a Prayer Service and A Time of Sharing at 2:00 P.M.
