Donna Jean (Jensen) Frokjer

Donna Jean Frokjer, 85, of Centuria, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the Willow Ridge Nursing Home in Amery. Donna was born on June 12, 1928 in Jackson County, Minnesota the daughter of James Peter and Winnifred T. (Sweeden) Jensen. Donna enjoyed gardening, fishing and spending time with her family and her friends.
Donna leaves to celebrate her memory: sons, Dwight (Sue) Hanson, Milltown, WI; Darryl (Jill) Hanson, Greybull, WY; Delmer (Pam) Hanson, Waxahachie, TX; Dallas (Michelle) Hanson, Centuria, WI; grandson, James A. (Tiffany) Hanson, Palestine, TX, great grandson, Jessie Hanson, Palestine, TX, sisters, Clara Peterson and Marilyn Jensen and other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Aaron Iver Hanson, second husband, Clarence H. Frokjer, son, Dennis Hanson, sister, Shirley Peterson, brother, Wesley Jensen and grandson, Dwight Iver “Ike” Hanson.
A memorial service for Donna will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kolstad Family Funeral Home in Centuria. Pastor Randy Stone will officiate. Donnas’ family will greet visitors from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at 11:00 A.M. Donna will be laid to rest at New Home Cemetery in Eureka Township following the service.
