Frederick "Fritz" Schultz

Frederick “Fritz” Francis Schultz, 87 of Centuria passed away Friday, August 10, 2012 at the Comforts of Home Assisted Living Facility in St. Croix Falls, WI. He was born April 2, 1925 in Little Falls, MN the son of Anton and Julia (Shipritt) Schultz.

Fritz married Bertha Bentler in 1947. They lived in Minneapolis, MN until 1986 when they retired to Long Lake, Centuria.

Fritz leaves to celebrate his memory his children, Norman (Mary Jane) of Henderson, NV, David (Ruth) of Osceola, WI, Denise (Jerry) Spanjers of Centuria, WI, Dennis (Karen) of Duluth, MN, Richard (Tammy) of St. Francis, MN; 14 grandchildren, Shannon, Tim, Kelli, Erin, Fritz, David, Eric, Kari, Tony, Isaiah, Cassie, Heather, Brittany, Angel; 24 great grandchildren; siblings, Raymond (Doris), Rosie, Bernadine, Betty, Lorna (Ed), Tony; many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Anton and Julia Schultz; and his wife, Bertha.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Balsam Lake, WI, with Father John Drummy and Father John Spanjers officiating. Fritz’s family will be greeting visitors one hour prior to the service at church. He will be laid to rest at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Milltown Township, Polk County. Pall Bearers will be Fritz Schultz, Eric Schultz, Tony Spanjers, Kari Smith, Chaz Smith, Cassie Schultz.
