Karl W. Burgett

Karl W. Burgett, 93, of Centuria, WI, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at the Frederic Care Center.  Karl was born on December 15, 1928, in Des Moines, IA the son of Imogene and Curtis Burgett.

Karl leaves to celebrate his memory, his wife, Shirley, Centuria, son, David (Diane) Burgett, Eagle Bend, MN, daughter-in-law, Penny Burgett, Centuria, grandchildren, Emily Schwab and Evan Burgett, step-grandchildren, Paige and Trina, step-greatgrandchildren, Sjodin, Logan and Luna, half-siblings, Signe Burns and Kirk Burgett, sister-in-law, Dorothy Burgett, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.  He was preceded in death by, his parents, Imogene and Curtis, sons, Tim and Paul Burgett, and siblings, Rex, and Wayne Burgett.

A Memorial Service for Karl will be held Sunday, May 22, 2022, at 2:00 PM with visitation at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Milltown.  Pastor Marlon Mielke will officiate.  Music will be provided by Joy, Jared, James and Amanda Mielke, and Karl’s son, David.
