Lorena Avery Whitebird

Lorena Avery Whitebird, "Misko-bineshiinh" 22, of New Richmond, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, August 13, 2023.  She was born on May 17, 2001, in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin.

Lorena is survived by her father, Dalton Whitebird Jr., mother, Amanda Deming, grandmother, Brenda Merrill, daughter, Lavender Whitebird, siblings Killian Deming, Crystal Whitebird, Liberty Merrill, and two other siblings, uncles, Josh, Jake, and David Merrill, and Daniel Hibbard, aunts, Wendy Lee, Charity Rogers-Garcia, Claretta Merrill and Deb Whitebird, cousins and other family and friends.

Funeral Ceremonies will begin on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 5:00 P.M. at the Round Lake Community Center and continue through Wednesday, August 16, 2023.  She will be laid to rest at the Johnstown Township Cemetery following the ceremonies.  Casket Bearers will be Tyler Buck Jr, Josh Merrill, Mathew Hays, Killian Deming, Cory Peasley, and Jacob Merrill.
