Norma Jean (Martinsen) Lundgren

November 9, 1939 — March 31, 2020

Norma Lundgren, age 80, passed away on March 31st with her daughters at her side and is now fully healed in Jesus' presence. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louie and Nellie Martinsen, her brothers, Robert and James, and her sister, Mary Ellen Fagnan.  Survived by daughters, Roberta (Don) Bonrud and Laurie Turnblom, grandchildren Sara (Alan) Strahota, Candice Bonrud, Bryana Petersin, and Austin Petersin, great-grandsons Luca Strahota and Sasha Medina, and sisters Donna Mae Hutton, Carolyn (Jim) Nelson, and Linda Martinsen.
Norma was an active member of Peace Lutheran Church in Dresser.  She volunteered at People Loving People until she was no longer able.  In her later years she enjoyed trips to various casinos, playing cards at the senior center and fall trips to Bayfield for the Apple Festival. She especially enjoyed her time spent with family and friends.
A sincere thank you to the staff at Christian Community Home in Osceola and Adoray Hospice for caring for our mother.   All memorials received will be given to the ALS Association for research.

A Private Family Graveside Service had taken place at the Peace Lutheran Church Cemetery in Dresser.

The Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Centuria has been entrusted with arrangements.
