Paul Leslie Burgett

Paul Leslie Burgett, age 73, passed away with his loving family by his side on May 3, 2022.

Paul was born to Shirley and Karl Burgett in Des Moines, Iowa on February 24, 1949.

He had a great passion for cars, especially his 1949 yellow Chevy 5 window truck. It was his baby, as he built it up piece by piece himself. Paul enjoyed going to car shows and going on road trips. He was known as a jack of all trades and could do pretty much anything, especially when it came to automotive mechanic work. Paul also had a love for photography and genealogy.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Karen Burgett, and his brother, Tim Burgett.

Paul is survived by his wife, Penny Burgett, parents, Karl and Shirley Burgett, brother, David (Diane) Burgett, step-daughters, Paige Andrews and Trina Sullivan, grandsons, Sjodin and Logan, and granddaughter, Luna.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Kolstad Family Funeral Home in Centuria, Wisconsin on Monday, May 9th, 2022 at 1:00 PM. A visitation will be held prior, starting at 12:00 PM and going until the time of the service. There will be a burial following the service at the St. Croix Falls Cemetery in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin.
