Richard Lee Cobenais Jr., Niizhoo-Giizhig, 41 of Luck, Wisconsin, Round Lake Community, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 11, 2014 in Georgetown Township, Polk County, Wisconsin. Richard was born on February 2, 1972 in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Rick leaves to celebrate his memory: his wife, Georgia Cobenais, son, Amik Cobenais, stepchildren: Charity Rogers, Jennifer Fowler (Bernard), Thomas Fowler (Melissa), Patrick Fowler Jr. (Ambria), grandchildren: Marcell Merrill, Dayzha Merrill, Mikari Jackson, Arianna Fowler, Hunter Fowler, Novah Duncan, Silas Fowler, sisters, Tawnee Pliego (Pedro), Georgina Cobenais (George), brother, James Cobenais, nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Lee and Candace.
Visitation for Rick will begin at 12 noon on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at the Round Lake Community Center and services beginning at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 16, 2014. Rick will be laid to rest at the Johnstown Township Cemetery following the services. Pallbearers will be Travis Lowe, Travis Buck, Manley Williams, Kevin Williams, Pedro Pliego, Rodney Lowe and Chris Bugg. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rick's nephews.
The Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Centuria has been entrusted with arrangements.
