Robert Allen Montpetit

Robert Allen Montpetit, 81 of Milltown, Wisconsin passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at the United Pioneer Home in Luck, Wisconsin.  Robert was born on March 14, 1938 in East Farmington, Wisconsin the son of Ed and Goldie (Leske) Montpetit.

Robert was retired from Andersen Windows where he worked for 25 years.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing.  Many people knew him as “Walleye Bob” throughout the area.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and his pets.

Robert leaves to celebrate his memory, his wife, Carol Montpetit, Milltown, WI; his children: Debbie (Dennis) Schill, St. Croix Falls, WI; Douglas (Sherie) Montpetit, Luck, WI; Diane Montpetit, Milltown, WI; many grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers, Billy (Margie) Montpetit, Osceola, WI; Danny Montpetit (Rita Smith) Maplewood, MN; sister, Phyllis Borner, Sheboygan, WI; nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Goldie Montpetit, his son, Dean Montpetit, brother, David Montpetit and his sisters, Diane Kapuscinski, Gloria Killbride and Ione Newton.

The funeral service for Robert will be held at the Kolstad Family Funeral Home in Centuria on Monday, July 29, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service.  He will be laid to rest at the Wolf Creek Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
