Steven J. Benjamin

Steven J. Benjamin, 47, of Luck, Wisconsin – Round Lake Community passed away on Monday, November 6, 2017 at his home.  Steven was born on May 19, 1970 to Ronnie and Marion Benjamin in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Steven lived most of his life in the Round Lake Community where he raised his family.  He worked for the St. Croix Tribe where he had various positions over the years.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, racing, music, pow-wow, cookouts, family events, working on cars and many other things.

Steven leaves to celebrate his memory: wife, Shannon Lowe, son, Coty J. Benjamin (Sommer), daughter, Lexi J. Benjamin (Forrest), grandchildren, Grayson D.J. Benjamin-Matrious and Abigail A.J. Benjamin, brother, Lonnie W. Benjamin (Jackie Lowe), sister, Lorena Benjamin, brother, Maurice Benjamin, many nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family and friends.   He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Ronnie, brother, Richie Merrill, sister, Rhonda Benjamin and brother, Brian Kelly Buck.

Visitation will begin at 12 Noon Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at the Round Lake Community Center and continue through Thursday when services begin.  He will be laid to rest at the Johnstown Township Cemetery/Round Lake Community.

Pallbearers are Coty Benjamin, Jason Brown, Judd Danielson, Lenny Bauer, Brandon Merrill, Daniel Bugg, and Robert Lowe.  Honorary Pallbearers are Rodney Jacobson, Emery Skinaway Sr., Thomas Bugg III, Todd Sam, Brandon Hatfield, Mark Stoner, Tyler Buck Jr., Butch Buck, Gary Stoner and Verne Lowe Jr.

The Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Centuria has been entrusted with arrangements.
