Walter Jeff Creuzer, 68 of Centuria passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at the Divine Rehabilitation Center in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. Jeff was born on February 14, 1951 in Siren, Wisconsin the son of Walter J. and Lillian (Eliason) Creuzer.
Jeff graduated from Luck High School in 1969 and Rice Lake Vocational School in 1971 with a carpentry degree. He worked as a carpenter most of his life. He also worked at Indianhead Glass. He married Darlene Alling on August 12, 1972. They lived in St. Croix Falls for 36 years of their married life. After a house fire they purchased their retirement home near Loveless Lake, Centuria. As a carpenter Jeff worked for Gordon Fox, Roger Lehman, Bruce Hendricks and Ronnie Chinander.
He loved working with wood and making things run better. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and traveling all over the U.S. and Canada with his family and he loved visiting with his friends. He was so proud of his two children who supplied him with his true loves; his grandchildren.
Jeff leaves to celebrate his memory: wife, Darlene of 46 years, Centuria, WI; son, Michael (Katie) Creuzer, Isonville, KY; daughter, Jennifer Paulus, Port Washington, WI; his grandchildren: Isabella, Juliana, Ava, Liam, Elise and Ian Creuzer and Sullivan and Josephine Paulus, sister, Laurelei Creuzer, Osceola, WI; sister, Therese Creuzer, Luck, WI; many aunts, uncles, cousins and his great friends, brother and sisters in law, nieces and nephews of Milltown, Cameron, North Carolina, Bessemer, Alabama and Glendale, Arizona. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Lillian.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, June 3, 2019 at the Kolstad Family Funeral Home in Centuria from 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.
