Evelyn D. (Johnson) Johnson

Evelyn D. Johnson, 93, of Balsam Lake, Wisconsin, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.  Evelyn Johnson was born on October 5, 1929, in Dunnell, Minnesota, the daughter of Edward and Esther (Olson) Johnson.

Evelyn is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Esther Johnson, her husband, Ivar Johnson, 2 sisters, Ethel Johnson and Viola Stone and 1 brother, Everett Johnson and other family and friends.

Funeral Service for Evelyn will be held on Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at the Georgetown Lutheran Church with Pastor Diane Norstad officiating.  There will be a visitation at church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.

She will be laid to rest alongside her husband Ivar at the Bunyan Union Cemetery following the service.

Pallbears will be Bill Johnson, Bob Johnson, Ken Knauber, Paul Knauber, Joe Kroll and Dan Kroll.

A lunch and continued fellowship will be held at the church after the cemetery service.

The Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Centuria has been entrusted with arrangements.
