Tom attended college in Superior, Wisconsin and then graduated from the Milwaukee Area Mortuary College in 1988 with a degree in Mortuary Science. His original roots are from Superior, Wisconsin and his wife from Marshfield, Wisconsin.
Reenie Kolstad assists in the capacity of Funeral Home Associate. She assists on funerals, visitations and office management.
Madalyn Kolstad now in 5th grade likes to help mom and dad with moving flowers and helping clean up after funerals and visitations.
Tom and his family came to the area in 1997 from Neillsville, Wisconsin where he managed two funeral homes in that area. He and his wife Reenie and daughter Madalyn make their home in Balsam Lake, Wisconsin and their sons, John in Rice Lake and Ben in Centuria.

Jerry Prokop

Jerry Prokop is a lifelong resident of the Centuria ~ Balsam Lake area. He is married to Stella and has two sons and several grandchildren.
Jerry has assisted the Kolstad Family Funeral Home part-time for ten years and has recently retired from the St. Croix Regional Medical Center where he was the Material Management Director.
Jerry plans on spending more time working with the Kolstads as a Funeral Home Associate. He will also be spending a little more time enjoying some of his favorite activities, like his photo.
